You will manage multidisciplinary teams and transportation engineering projects while fostering client relationships for superior project outcomes. Your leadership will guide both team development and innovative project approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage transportation engineering and multidisciplinary project teams • Develop technical expertise in environmental assessments and designs • Lead preparation of technical reports and studies • Oversee contract documentation and tender estimates • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements: • Degree in civil engineering; licensed in Ontario • Minimum of 15 years related work experience • Proven leadership and business development capabilities • Experience with MTO environmental processes • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite applications
