You’ll also lead daily operations while training staff to uphold quality standards in plant care and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and apply planting techniques and schedules
• Advise on pest control and irrigation strategies
• Monitor and enhance plant health regularly




• Lead daily greenhouse operations and maintenance
• Support staff training in horticultural practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture preferred
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in horticulture
• State-issued Class 5 driver’s license needed
• Computer savvy with office application skills
• Must successfully pass a Police Information Check
