The Company is seeking a Vice President, Cyber Security to lead the next phase of its digital and business strategy evolution. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, innovative, and service-oriented leader responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking cyber strategy. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the organization's operations, reputation, and global workforce. The Vice President will oversee a technically solid team and lead a portfolio of cyber initiatives,



with a focus on modernizing the technology environment and embedding cyber security into the core of the digital and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in a dynamic, complex organization, with specific expertise in Zero Trust security models, quantum computing security implications, and modern threat intelligence frameworks. Experience in integrating AI, machine learning, and automation in cyber security operations is also highly valued.

As a visionary leader, the Vice President will be expected to quickly build trust and credibility, foster a culture of security awareness, innovation, and resilience, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.
