Lead underground training initiatives as a Training Supervisor with Glencore in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. This full time role focuses on employee competency and safety in mining operations. As part of the Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations, you will report to the Training and Document Management Lead.

Your primary responsibility will be coordinating and supporting the delivery of training programs tailored for underground mining tasks. Robust collaboration with frontline supervisors and crews will be essential to ensure effective training and compliance with legislated requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training activities for underground operations
Support colleagues in task-based training execution
Schedule and track training programs and adherence




Establish solid relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Requirements:
Understanding of underground mining operations
Post-secondary diploma or trades certification required
Hands-on experience in mining and training practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
