Provide leadership and mentorship to Paralegals
Ensure accuracy and compliance in legal matters
Oversee Landlord and Tenant Board applications
Organize and manage legal files effectively
Negotiate settlement agreements when needed Requirements:
Licensed P1 Paralegal in good standing
5+ years of relevant legal experience
Solid knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
