Be the key player in workplace safety as an OHS Advisor for the Town of Paradise. This full-time role ensures compliance and enhances safety protocols across the organization. As an OHS Advisor, you will report directly to the Manager of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience to oversee the implementation of the Town's Occupational Health and Safety program.

Your responsibilities will include conducting hazard assessments and audits, providing training, and improving safety practices to protect all employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement protected work procedures
Assist in regulatory compliance and training programs
Conduct accident/incident investigations
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
Foster collaboration with various departments Requirements:
Diploma in occupational health and safety or equivalent
Five years of experience in OHS roles
Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
