Reporting to the Director of Community Animal Welfare, you will ensure program consistency and compassion while fostering a results-driven team. Your goal is to enhance community partnerships and develop creative programs that address evolving needs for both animals and humans. Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership across animal social service programs
Supervise program staff and promote team culture
Maintain community partnerships to enhance service delivery




Identify gaps in service and recommend current programming
Support recruitment and manage staff performance Requirements:
Degree in Social Work or related field
Minimum 5 years in community services; 2 years in management
Experience with vulnerable populations and trauma-informed care
Knowledge of animal welfare programming preferred
