Duties
Greet festival visitors warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
Demonstrate products and provide engaging product demos to enhance customer interest
Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for quick and accurate cash handling and transactions
Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight featured varieties and festival specials
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and politely
Assist with organizing stock, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales area remains tidy and inviting
Skills
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
Robust communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances your ability to educate customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions
Excellent time management to balance multiple tasks during busy festival hours
Customer service expertise to create positive interactions that encourage repeat visits
