You'll collaborate with hiring managers, develop competency-based interview guides, and enhance recruitment strategies to align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily recruitment activities and candidate screenings

Maintain the iCIMS applicant tracking system effectively Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
