Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations
Coach and mentor General Managers and their teams
Drive consistency in service standards and guest experience
Analyze sales, labor, and food costs while monitoring KPIs
Conduct regular visits to ensure brand and operational standards

Requirements:
Multi-unit leadership experience as Regional Manager or similar
Experience managing 10 or more restaurant locations
Solid financial acumen overseeing multi-unit P&Ls;
Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
Comfortable with regular travel within the region
