This temporary role focuses on providing compassionate nursing care. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will prepare and administer medications, promote client self-care, and document relevant concerns. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to unregulated care workers, while also completing assessments and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications accurately as directed
Document and manage client concerns and assessments
Promote wellness through preventative health education




Support unregulated care workers with training and guidance
Complete care plans within required timeframes

Requirements:
Registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates
Minimum one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and health screenings
Additional studies in Geriatrics is a plus
