Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive or tire service experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Mount, balance, rotate, and install tires for passenger and light truck vehicles
Perform flat tire repairs and assess tire damage for repairability
Inspect tires and wheels for defects, wear, and warranty-related issues
Check and adjust tire pressures according to manufacturer specifications
Re-torque wheels as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively




Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires when required

Additional Duties
Cross-train in other roles within 1010TIRES.COM to support growth and development
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members when needed
Support general shop and operational tasks as required

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in tire and wheel installation (required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform tire-related tasks efficiently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a quick-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
