Join Sofina Foods Canada as a Health and Safety Advisor, a critical onsite role traveling to various plants in Eastern Canada. Focus on compliance, project management, and safety training. As a key member reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee the H&S; management system and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Your role will involve delivering training, collaborating with teams, and facilitating audits to improve safety performance across the board. Your insights will guide operational excellence in health and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate comprehensive H&S; sessions at plant facilities
Create and implement detailed project plans and risk assessments




Work closely with multifunctional teams for optimum H&S; compliance
Advise plant management on H&S; programs and policies
Conduct safety audits and recommend corrective measures Requirements:
At least 5 years in a similar health and safety role
Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
Proven experience in health and safety program delivery
Certifications in CRSP and PMP are a plus
