This role requires union supervision experience in a pulp and paper facility. You will lead a team of approximately fifteen employees to maintain effective recovery operations.

Your leadership will be integral in achieving production goals and managing costs while adhering to safety and environmental standards. You'll also coordinate the implementation of staff training programs and maintain open communication with unions to facilitate continuous improvement and product ownership. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee department operations and team performance
