In this pivotal role, the Senior Manager will ensure the success of Scotiabank’s Global Compliance Testing program.

Your responsibilities will include not only managing compliance tests but also collaborating with various stakeholders to bolster governance. Direct compliance testing scope and execution for Corporate Functions
Collaborate on Annual Test plans with compliance teams




Report compliance testing results to Senior Management
Identify and address compliance risks based on testing insights
Implement process changes in line with testing outcomes Requirements:
BA or equivalent; qualified certification preferred
At least 7 years in compliance or audit roles
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in key functions
Robust leadership and communication skills
