Direct and manage finance team operations and culture
Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO
Enhance fund accounting and compliance processes
Collaborate on the creation of annual operational budgets
Manage audit schedules and compliance requirements Requirements:
Must have a CPA designation
Over 10 years of finance experience are essential
Familiarity with non-profit financial practices
Experience in ERP optimization projects required
