We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including slicing fish, rolling sushi, and assembling ingredients
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards throughout all kitchen activities
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated according to health regulations




Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, explaining menu items when needed
Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean and organized work environment

Skills
Proven experience in serving and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust background in food preparation, cooking techniques, especially sushi-making skills
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Excellent kitchen experience with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with meal preparation processes specific to Japanese cuisine or sushi bars preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests alike
Passion for delivering high-quality food service and creating memorable dining experiences

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
