The Senior Quality

Assurance and Technical Support Specialist role is critical in enhancing the quality of Instantel products. This position blends technical product verification with proactive customer support. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Sales to drive improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, while developing effective QA and support systems. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product verification and validation plans
Provide technical assistance for dealer and customer inquiries
