Be part of the Leduc Recreation Centre team as a Senior Lifeguard and Instructor. This role combines active supervision with quality instruction in aquatic programs for diverse community groups. As part of the Aquatic Operations team, you will provide a safe aquatic setting and deliver exceptional instruction.

This permanent part-time position is suited for individuals with a solid commitment to safety, customer service, and ongoing professional development. Be prepared to carry out maintenance duties while actively engaging with patrons. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise aquatic activities for diverse user groups
Provide instruction and prepare lesson plans
Conduct routine maintenance to promote safety
Mentor and support junior lifeguards effectively
Address customer concerns with a positive approach Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Required certifications, including National Lifeguard
2,080 hours of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational abilities
