Join Alberta Precision Laboratories as an Anatomical Pathologist with a Surgical Pathology Fellowship specializing in lymphoma, gynecologic, or dermatopathology. Contribute to a high-standard lab environment in Edmonton, Alberta. This full time position supports a team of expert pathologists in Edmonton’s Base Lab.
Candidates will participate in quality improvement programs while engaging in undergraduate to postgraduate medical teaching. Active consultation in their specialty and general surgical pathology practice is also expected. A commitment to excellence and collegiality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation in lymphoma pathology and other specialties
Participate in quality assurance and lab operations oversight
Supervise technical staff and contribute to education programs
Maintain high standards in surgical pathology services
Engage collaboratively with clinical teams for optimal patient care Requirements:
MD with eligibility for Alberta licensure
Certification in Anatomic Pathology or equivalent
Fellowship training in relevant sub-specialties
Solid communication skills and quality assurance experience
