Your responsibilities include directing a team of Managers and Maintenance of Way employees while developing effective performance strategies. You will ensure explicit communication of goals and engage in talent management initiatives. Prioritizing safety compliance and overseeing capital improvement projects is also essential. Manage performance among track managers and supervisors
Communicate performance feedback for departmental goals
Facilitate talent retention and development initiatives
Implement safety standards and compliance measures
Manage capital projects for improved operational productivity Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in the railroad sector
At least 6 years of experience in track management
5 years in a supervisory capacity
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and engineering protocols Use your expertise to make meaningful contributions to CN and help keep North America’s economy on track.
