Join Podtech Data Centers Inc. as the Vendor Service Lead in Prince George. This full time onsite role focuses on vendor oversight, repair coordination, and operational compliance. In your role as Vendor Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing relationships with OEM and third-party vendors supporting our HPC infrastructure.

Daily tasks will include coordinating all repair activities, overseeing logistics for replacement parts, and ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards. Maintain key performance metrics and drive improvements in vendor service. Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for vendor service queries
Supervise hardware repair and maintenance operations
Handle RMA management from start to finish
Manage spare parts inventory and logistics
Review vendor performance and compliance Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a related technical field
3+ years experience in hardware support or vendor management
Familiar with HPC and mission-critical environments
Robust skills in compliance and safety management
Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors effectively Ensure reliability in vendor performance and repair processes at Podtech Data Centers Inc. in this leadership role.
