The Senior Project

Manager will collaborate with Directors to refine best practices, and maintain budgets and timelines to meet project objectives. Your experience will be critical in managing relationships with clients, the property management team, and other stakeholders throughout the project phases. Key Responsibilities:
Develop project charters and execution plans
Lead meetings and maintain project budgets
Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews
Oversee consultant and construction team selection
Train and manage project team performance Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in engineering/construction roles
3 years of supervisory experience in project management
Solid client relations and contract negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools
