Shape the future of youth programming at McDonald Family YMCA in Toronto. This full time contract role commands leadership in program management, team development, and community outreach. As the Child, Youth, and Family Programs Supervisor, your focus will be on creating high-quality experiences in a safe setting for children and youth.

Collaborate closely with the Aquatics and CYF Programs Director to coordinate training and deliver excellent programs such as dance, karate, and youth leadership. Your skills will ensure that all activities meet YMCA standards and foster community connections, enhancing participation and impact. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor Child and Youth Family program budgets
Plan and supervise engaging March Break and Winter Camp activities




Evaluate programs for quality, safety, and participant engagement
Recruit and guide staff and volunteers for optimal performance
Conduct compliance audits for safety and quality assurance Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education preferred
Minimum 2 years in Child and Youth program delivery
At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
