As an experienced technology lawyer, you will draft, negotiate, and advise on an array of complex agreements while managing significant transactions and compliance across various jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice to Orion Health and partners
Draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements




Lead negotiations for major customer transactions
Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
Engage with external legal advisors as needed Requirements:
10+ years of post-qualification experience
Robust background in technology and commercial law
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Canadian contract law and compliance
