This role focuses on a detail-oriented individual who will collaborate with part time team members to manage our high volume of invoices and employee expenses.

Your contributions will be vital in implementing a new purchase order system and addressing any invoice discrepancies. Supporting a team of over 800 professionals, you’ll play an key part in refining our financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoice processing of up to 1,200 entries
Review and verify employee expense reports promptly
Aid in the implementation of a purchase order system
Collaborate in resolving invoice discrepancies
Prepare for month-end closing activities related to AP Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in accounts payable
Background in multi-currency transactions
Knowledge of ERP or AP automation systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
