About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Redevelopment to provide strategic and operational leadership for its large-scale redevelopment and infrastructure portfolio. The VP will be responsible for overseeing a complex, multi-phased portfolio of redevelopment initiatives, including the planning and implementation of new healthcare facilities and phased redevelopment projects. This senior executive role demands an experienced leader who can navigate highly complex stakeholder, government, and public infrastructure environments to advance large-scale capital projects through all stages, from planning to operational transition. The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse range of partners to ensure that redevelopment initiatives align with organizational priorities, evolving models of care, and long-term system growth.
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Redevelopment position at the company will have a proven track record in leading complex capital redevelopment initiatives, particularly within healthcare or similarly complex, stakeholder-driven environments. A strategic and highly collaborative leader, the VP will be expected to build and maintain credibility and alignment across diverse groups, including executive teams, clinicians, government partners, and community stakeholders. Robust political acuity, sound judgment, and the ability to lead through complexity and organizational change are essential. Experience in overseeing multiple large-scale infrastructure projects, exposure to phased redevelopment, and P3 project delivery models is also highly valued. A background in engineering, architecture, construction, project management, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
