DCM seeks a Prepress Manager in Mississauga to oversee production accuracy and quality control. Supervise your team and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
In this onsite position, you will supervise all prepress operations and ensure that production jobs are completed accurately and on schedule. Your background in lithographic and offset printing will allow you to mentor your team while maintaining quality standards. Regular reviews of artwork and production files will be part of your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage prepress production workflows
• Review artwork and proofs for compliance
• Set up jobs using ESKO Automation Engine
• Coach and develop Prepress team members
• Perform quality assurance checks and monitor non-conformances
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications Management
• 5+ years experience in Prepress operations
• Robust team leadership and mentoring experience
• Proficiency in industry-standard prepress software
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
