Become a vital Yardi ERP/Business Applications Analyst in a top Canadian commercial real estate organization. This hybrid role supports Finance, IT, and business units for optimizing accounting processes and enhancing financial systems.
In this 12-month contract, you will directly contribute to the Business Applications team, supporting and configuring the Yardi platform. Your role will involve troubleshooting, optimizing system functionality, and driving improvements in financial reporting and data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support for the Yardi platform
• Configure and maintain Yardi modules such as Voyager 7/8
• Partner with Finance to improve accounting workflows




• Develop SQL queries and reports for finance and audit
• Administer user access and YardiOne dashboards
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
• Proficient in developing SQL queries and financial reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
