We are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team at the Winkler Branch. You should be self‑motivated, possess a positive attitude and strong negotiating, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. You will be an effective communicator and good listener, highly organized with strong computer skills, able to work independently while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

- Provide members with a range of services focused on promoting and selling both cash and non‑cash deposit products.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential members, analyze their needs and guide them to the most appropriate products or services.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support the overall organization of the branch through various daily tasks.

Qualifications

- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.




- Strong negotiating, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communicator and good listener.
- Highly organized with solid computer skills.
- Confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team member.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is based on the qualifications of the selected candidate and will be within the credit union grading system.
