As you report to the Team Leader, your main responsibility will be the oversight of commercial property damage claims. With a solid background of 5-8 years in property claims adjustment, you will confirm coverage, maintain meticulous records, and oversee the payment processes. Your skills will enhance the speed and accuracy of claims resolution while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage claims by liaising with customers and preferred vendors
• Confirm and document coverage per policy guidelines
• Enter detailed data into company systems efficiently
• Process claims payments upon careful verification
• Conduct salvage and subrogation actions as required
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or college diploma
• 5-8 years of experience in adjusting property claims
• Commercial claims experience is a plus
• Licensed in New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland a plus
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
