In this mobile support role, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial properties throughout Vancouver. Your tasks will include frequent inspections and preventative maintenance, ensuring all systems function properly. Collaborating with the Property Management team, you will tackle operational tasks and collaborate with external service providers for repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections of essential systems and equipment
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems

• Work with the Property Management team on maintenance activities

Requirements:
