About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for iGaming Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in defining and leading the operating model that drives the iGaming business, with a strong focus on revenue operations, games operations and studio, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping operating priorities, driving performance management, and influencing executive decision-making. They will also oversee the operating performance of the iGaming business,



ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into measurable plans and that the organization is prepared to scale across new markets and regulatory environments.

Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years' of experience in leading operations, revenue, or profit and loss functions within iGaming, digital gaming, marketplaces, or similar consumer businesses. A deep understanding of iGaming economics, including game content strategy, merchandising, and player lifecycle management, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and business performance, as well as robust analytical and strategic judgment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and a builder's mindset, with a passion for designing operating models and delivering exceptional player experiences. Experience in highly regulated, fast-moving environments and the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and scalable execution are also key requirements.
