Education & Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- French proficiency required for positions within Quebec or where French is a service requirement.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
Requirements for Successful Candidates
- Two supervisory references.
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
- Proof of negative TB test.
- Depending on provincial regulations, proof of vaccination against certain illnesses may be required.
