- Inform and continue to build the Compliance & Licensing team
- Define, develop and deliver strategies in the expansion of the compliance program
- Mentor, coach, and monitor your team to ensure priorities and objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate risks through compliance functions
- Oversee licensing functions for licensed facilities
- Provide leadership by utilizing a broad knowledge of policies, programs and legislation
Requirements
- University degree in a related field
- Several years of successful leadership experience at a supervisory/managerial level
- Previous experience with Licensing and/or compliance is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
