Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs
• Formulate comprehensive cost estimates for labor and materials
• Review and analyze subcontractor proposals
• Maintain active tender files and submissions
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
• Proficiency with InEight Estimate or similar platforms
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Robust skills in MS Office and estimating software
