• Advise line managers on business and people plan implementation
• Ensure consistency in people processes across the unit
• Enable inclusive talent management with local leaders
• Partner with business leaders on transformation and standardization
• Advocate for IKEA Culture & Values to enhance the co-worker experience
Requirements:
• University degree and 3 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Robust collaborator with stakeholder management skills
• Experience in talent management and leadership development
• Passion for inclusive workplace practices
