As an Auto Advisor, you will assist clients with their Autopac and Driver Licensing inquiries while fostering solid relationships. You will ensure that every customer feels valued and supported, facilitating transactions while actively promoting other insurance options. Contributing to our overall success, you’ll also follow our established service standards diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on Autopac coverage options
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Immediately action all Auto Insurance transactions




• Utilize the Prospector Program for lead generation
• Provide administrative support to Personal Lines as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service or insurance experience
• Familiarity with broker management systems a plus
• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills with a teamwork approach
• Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record are prerequisites
