Key Responsibilities: • Guide multi-disciplinary teams through project phases • Ensure compliance with wastewater regulations and standards • Optimize processes for treatment evaluations and resource recovery • Establish and maintain key municipal client relationships • Drive business development and proposal strategies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering • P.Eng. license in Ontario • Minimum 15 years of relevant project management experience • Experience with projects exceeding $20 million • Proven mentoring capabilities in technical environments
