Lead the company's demand planning and forecasting process.
Translate demand into purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory plans across multiple locations.
Lead the Procurement and Order Entry teams.
Optimize inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and service performance.
Own the planning function within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and supply chain performance.
5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Planning.
