Key Responsibilities:
Install 2-ply SBS torch-on membrane systems on roofs
Conduct exact torch welding for every seam and flashing
Tear-off old roofing and prepare substrate decks




Operate propane torches safely during installations
Diagnose and repair leaks on existing flat roofs

Requirements:
2+ years experience with SBS torch-on systems
Valid RCABC National Torch Safety certification preferred
Valid Fall Protection certification and WHMIS
Reliable BC Driver's License and transportation
Basic hand tools required for the job
