This role requires managing application processes and supervising social housing units, including liaison with community agencies. You will also handle budget administration and seek funding for recent housing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee affordable housing program delivery in Hastings County
Supervise tenant selection for social housing units
Liaise with community agencies to promote housing opportunities
Administer budget for housing programs
Complete monthly reports for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs Requirements:
Three-year College Diploma in a relevant field
Minimum three years’ experience in affordable housing
Valid G driver’s license
