Lead fundraising initiatives and alumni relations at Vancouver Community College as the Fundraising and Alumni Director. Drive strategic planning and operational excellence to enhance donor engagement and revenue. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will play a key role in developing and executing fundraising strategies that align with VCC's mission.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing alumni programming, establishing a planned giving strategy, and constructing a major gifts pipeline. Collaboration with institutional partners will be crucial in meeting fundraising objectives and promoting community participation. Key Responsibilities:

Manage alumni relations programs and revenue initiatives

Develop donor stewardship frameworks and policies Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and CFRE certification or in progress
7+ years of fundraising and alumni relations experience
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to manage complex projects and teams
