Join the Law Society of BC as a Senior Policy Analyst in Vancouver for a 6-month contract. Drive policy analysis and provide insights to inform regulatory decisions. This full time term position involves detailed research and the development of actionable policy recommendations for the organization.

You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, committees, and senior leaders, overseeing the assessment of policy impacts. Your insights will support ongoing improvement in the Law Society’s strategic operations. Key Responsibilities:
Formulate recommendations on regulations and policy frameworks
Evaluate social and economic issues relevant to Law Society objectives
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented policies
Liaise with external stakeholders on policy issues
Prepare detailed government submissions based on policy analysis Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or similar
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Familiarity with equity and inclusion practices
