Become a Site Supervisor at Our Place Society, overseeing Supported Housing or Shelter sites. Provide safety, guidance, and support while promoting a welcoming setting daily. As a Site Supervisor, you will report to the Manager of Housing, Shelters, & Community Services.

You'll ensure a nurturing atmosphere while assisting family members and residents. This role requires strong supervisory skills and community support knowledge to help individuals build life skills and move toward permanent housing. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a secure and welcoming workplace for residents
Lead onboarding and training for shelter staff
Conduct performance evaluations and manage payroll tasks
Facilitate resident and staff meetings regularly
Advocate for family members and monitor crisis interventions Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education in social services preferred
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of homelessness and related social issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
