The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario seeks a Facility Manager for John Island Camp. This full time contract position is focused on maintaining camp facilities for all program needs. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of all camp facilities.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will play an significant role in providing a safe space for recreation and learning. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections for maintenance issues
Manage cleaning schedules and supervise cleaning staff
Monitor essential camp infrastructure systems
Oversee maintenance of common areas and washrooms
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols Requirements:
Relevant college diploma or certification is preferred
Background in mechanical repairs and maintenance
Valid CPR C and First Aid certification
Proven organizational and communication skills
Experience with watercraft operation is an advantage Lead the way in maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for campers at YMCA's John Island Camp.
