We’re looking for individuals who lead with both heart and standards — who care deeply about the guest experience, believe in unreasonable hospitality, and understand that outstanding leadership is built on consistency, clarity, and care. You have:
1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A hospitality-first mindset, with a desire to keep learning
A calm, kind,



and steady presence with guests and team members, especially under pressure
Comfort supporting scheduling, daily organization, and transparent communication on shift
A sense of ownership in your role with a willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and improve
The ability to support cost controls for beverage, labour, and supplies, following systems and standards with care
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Valid Serving It Right and FoodSafe Level 1 certifications
Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food, and wine is considered an asset
