Edge Construction is looking for a Site Superintendent to lead residential multifamily projects in Vancouver. Take charge of site activities, staff supervision, and safety leadership. The selected Site Superintendent will be pivotal in managing a stacked townhouse project.

This hands-on role involves supervising construction staff, maintaining a protected and organized site, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Your expertise in multifamily construction will help advance our commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all onsite construction activities on multifamily projects
Lead the construction team and oversee subcontractor performance
Uphold safety leadership and compliance on the job site
Contribute to diverse project timelines and objectives
Identify and address any construction deficiencies promptly Requirements:
Experience as a superintendent in multifamily or commercial construction
Trade background or Gold Seal Certification preferred
Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiar with MS Project and SiteMax preferred Drive successful project outcomes and safety with Edge Construction in Vancouver.
