Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts with basic math skills.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation standards.
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while providing attentive customer service.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service.
Experience
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar cash register technology.
Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Experience in food industry roles involving serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is a plus.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
