This key role requires leadership in managing site processes from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets health and safety standards. You will coordinate resources, monitor project timelines, and foster robust relationships with subcontractors and clients. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site construction activities from start to finish
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and site labor
Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the project
Conduct inspections and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with project managers on updates and coordination Requirements:
5+ years in site supervision on ICI construction
Robust understanding of construction processes and safety compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with Procore or similar documentation tools
